So, I did a little bit of gaming tonight. Not a whole lot. I got on WoW and did my garrison stuff. I got a new chest piece from a follower mission, which is nice. Besides that, it was a pretty standard trip through the garrison. After that, I played a new game called Wickland. It’s a PvP type game, but you can play solo with bots, which is what I did. And just as in Quake 3, I have problems when it’s only one bot, and a some problems with only two, but if there’s several, then I can kick some serious ass. I’m not sure what that means. Maybe that my twitch gaming skills are gone, not that they were great to begin with, but I used to be able to handle games like this just fine, even with only one bot. Maybe too many RPG’s and stuff like that have dulled my FPS senses some. Of course, I still do well in Doom and most single player FPS settings, so maybe it’s just my Deathmatch skills, which were never too great. I did okay in Call Of Duty, but I haven’t played that with other people since Modern Warfare 2. That’s quite some time ago now. Maybe I’m just not cut out for competitive FPS stuff. Who knows? I still prefer co-op, and I’m surely good with that. I just wish more games were co-op, and that I had people to play them with more. I know I’ve complained about that before, but I guess it bears repeating. I mean, I really enjoy my 7DtD sessions with Auren, since we play together, instead of competing against each other, which is also possible, if you want. I don’t, personally. That’s why I don’t play things like DayZ and H1Z1 and Rust. Kinda makes me wish I was still running a gaming community. Anyways, I think it’s time to take it easy for the evening. Heh.
